September 8th - 9th > 2:15pm to 4:15pm (Turf)
September 10th - 11th > 2:15pm to 4:15pm (Grass)
Athletic Clerance and Sport Physical
All athletes must submit their emergency information and sign the clearanceforms online for each sport/activity they participate in. Please make sure to check each sport your athlete plays…Please do not pick all sports, pick only the ones your athlete will try out for.
